Publisher Astrolabe Games and developer 91Act announced a playable demo for BlazBlue: Entropy Effect X.

The new playable demo is now available for both Switch and PS5, letting players choose from three of the series’ beloved characters: Ragna, Es, and Hibiki. as well as play through the first three levels of the game.

While save data cannot be transferred to the full game, players with save data from the demo will get an exclusive in-game item after BlazBlue Entropy Effect X officially launches.

BlazBlue: Entropy Effect X is set to launch across Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5 next month, on February 12th, 2026. A physical release will be available for Switch and PS5 the same date as the digital release.
