Blaster Master Zero Launches for Switch and 3DS on March 9 in North America and Europe

Inti Creates have announced the western release date for Blaster Master Zero.

The newly reimagined game will launch for both the Nintendo Switch and the 3DS on March 9th in North America and Europe, for $9.99 / €9.99 / £8.99, respectively. The game is launching in Japan on March 3rd, alongside the Nintendo Switch.

Blaster Master Zero is based on the original Blaster Master franchise from 1988. The game will have 8-bit visuals to match the series’ throwback visuals. There will be new updates like “new areas and bosses, and new gameplay elements such as extra sub-weapons, improved gameplay when battling outside of your SOPHIA 3rd tank, a more robust scenario, refined and expanded exploration mechanics, and more.”

You can view a new trailer below, for both the Nintendo Switch and 3DS versions of the game.
