Upcoming “blackjack RPG” Brave x Junction has effectively been banned in Germany, China, and Saudi Arabia after Valve flagged the game for sexual content.

According to Automaton, users in these three countries will be unable to purchase the game following the flag to the game’s store page. Germany, China, and Saudi Arabia all have strict laws restricting freedom of expression and restrict flagged games in a de facto blanket ban.

According to the developer, they asked Valve to re-review the game in order for it to be unrestricted but according to RideOn Japan the designation would not be changed.

Brave x Junction is an RPG where you battle monsters in a back-and-forth contest of blackjack, the playing card game familiar to many.
