Developer Game Science has announced Black Myth: Wukong has topped 10 million copies sold alongside some other records getting broken.

Their new action RPG set in classic Chinese mythology has topped 10 million copies sold alongside news it has been enormously popular with over 3 million concurrent players on all platforms.

Black Myth: Wukong topping 3 million concurrent players secures it as the second-most played game of all time on Steam (Steam is just over 2.4 million), just below the first with PUBG: Battlegrounds.

Black Myth: Wukong was just launched on August 20th, 2024, for Microsoft Windows (via Steam and the Epic Games Store) and PlayStation 5. The Xbox Series X|S was delayed to optimize the port.
