Publisher Pearl Abyss and developer Vic Game Studio announced the official title for Black Clover Mobile as Black Clover Mobile: Rise of the Wizard King, alongside delaying the game.

The game will forgo its previously planned 2022 release in Japan for a full worldwide release in the first half of 2023.

Rise of the Wizard King will release for both iOS and Android as a free-to-play title with in-game microtransactions. A global closed beta is also planned.
