As part of the free games for PlayStation Plus subscribers this month, Ubisoft’s Beyond Good & Evil HD is now free on the PlayStation Store.

The game was originally re-released as a full HD revamp on both Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network back in 2011, featuring improved character models and textures, a rearranged soundtrack, trophies/achievements, and online leaderboards.

With Rayman creator and Ubisoft creator Michel Ancel now leading the ambitious PlayStation 4 game Wild, it remains to be seen what is going on with Beyond Good & Evil 2, since its reveal back at Ubidays 2008 (Editor’s Note: Despite Ubisoft saying he is still working on games within the company).
