Nintendo has announced a new double pack for Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

The new “Dual Pack” is reportedly coming with both of the anticipated remakes, and it will be available for $79 exclusively at Best Buy. If you buy them separately, they will cost $39 a piece.

The double pack will become available on November 21st, the same day as the game’s launch. If you buy the dual pack, you’ll get two codes for an in-game download for 100 potions each, for a total of 200 potions.

Nintendo, when you guys make a “bundle”, there has to be at least SOME incentive to get it, as opposed to buying both things on their own. What’s the point here??

I updated the OP with that, a good point. They cost $39 separately :P So not much incentive other than just simplicity.

Agreed this bundle is a waste of everybodys time, if it were $59.99 then people would have a reason to buy it!

“available for $79 exclusively at Best Buy. If you buy them separately, they will cost $39 a piece.”

39+39=$78… is it $39.99 each because if not this is in no form a bundle.

Yeah, I’d bet money they are 39.99. Rarely have I not see .99 on something at Best Buy.

    But still…not really an incentive.

Well it sounds like you save as much as a $1 or as little as 1 cent.

I calculated one cent…but my math is fucking atrocious.

I think it should have been a buy one get the other half off…or a third…or a fourth.

Or something. Five bucks would have been nice.

Screw it man just make it $5-$10 cheaper and I’ll recognize it’s bundle status, that’s all it’s gotta be, this is pointless as is.
