Netflix has confirmed that the final season of BEASTARS won’t release until some time in 2024, meaning there’s at least 15 months until the conclusion of the anime.
Beastars takes place in a world of anthropomorphic animals and navigates the political and criminal intrigue inherent in a society where a strong percentage of the population has a primal need to eat the other.
This starts with the murder of a herbivore at Cherryton Academy. As distrust rises, gray wolf Legoshi begins to have feelings for dwarf rabbit Haru. Though he cannot tell if it is lust, hunger, or something deeper.
