BanG Dream! It’s MyGo! is an upcoming anime series based off of the popular multimedia franchise BanG Dream!

BanG Dream! is a multimedia franchise that began in 2015 and was created by entertainment company Bushiroad. The company is largely known for their card and mobile games, alongside original franchises such as Tantei Opera Milky Holmes.

BanG Dream! follows Kasumi Toyama, a student at Hanasakigawa Girls’ High School. Eventually she becomes a member of the band Poppin’Party and makes friends with fellow bandmates and rivals.

As a multimedia franchise, the series has expanded beyond just the story of Kasumi Toyama and at times other characters are given the spotlight in order to appeal to a broader spectrum of fans. Especially since the release of the mobile game in 2017, fans have had time to decide on their own favorite characters through the game’s story and gacha system.

At present, we’re unsure how it relates to the multiple anime series and films for the franchise that have already been released.
