Bandai Namco has confirmed that yet another Sword Art Online game is currently in development at the company, news they confirmed at their “Sword Art Online x The Irregular at Magic High School” event at this year’s Tokyo Game Show.
While development platforms weren’t confirmed, the game is currently titled “Sword Art Online III”, and we’ll apparently find out more at this year’s Dengeki Bunko Fall Festival, which goes down on October 5th.
Bandai Namco also confirmed that a collaboration between The Irregular at Magic High School: Out of Order and Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment is coming.
Featured above, the games are getting costumes from each other, with examples being shown of the two main characters from reach respective series donning the clothes of the two main characters from the other (like Kirito and Asuna wearing the First Magic High School uniforms).
While Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment is currently out in both Japan and the west (read our review here), The Irregular at Magic High School: Out of Order is coming to Playstation Vita in Japan next month, on October 30th.
