We’ve caught wind that the other music rhythm game by Marvelous, Bakumatsu Rock, is coming to Playstation Vita in the form of Bakumatsu Rock: Super Soul. The game was listed on Rakuten, but was promptly taken down.

The Playstation Vita port was listed for a release on September 25th, and it will come with a drama CD as a bonus. A limited edition was also listed, and it comes with an original video animation, priority access to tickets for a Bakumatsu Rock live event, and a special box.

XSEED sadly passed up this game as it has a staggering number of characters to translate, but with the anime and manga series kicking off – there still is hope that western Vita owners could see this localized.
