Koei Tecmo have released the prologue movie and Digital Deluxe Edition trailer for Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & The Secret Fairy.

The Digital Deluxe Edition includes being able to visit Kurken Island from the first game (and gather plenty of materials), 37 different costumes for numerous characters, a helpful item bundle set, 100,000 gems, and the base game.

Along with Koei Tecmo Europe releasing a new trailer showing off the new costumes, Koei Tecmo America have revealed the game’s prologue movie. You can find both below.

It should be noted the game also has a digital Ultimate Edition (containing all the content from the Digital Deluxe edition, the Season Pass, and the Mysterious Book Alchemist costume for Ryza), as well as a Premium Box Edition in Europe (early access for the Sonnet of Dawn costume, an illustrated B2 cloth poster, Japanese artbook, clear files, mini acrylic charm,and two Puni based t-shirt DLC costumes for Ryza).

1. Kurken Island Gathering Tour ※1
   Progress to a certain point in the game to unlock some of the gathering areas of the previous title “Atelier Ryza”.
   Areas featured: Traveler’s Road (from Shipyard), Pixie Forest (from Flower Guard’s Garden), Maple Delta (from Sweet River), Weissberg Volcano (from Smoky Mountain Path), Meteor Castle (from Heatwave Gate)
2. Another Style Costume Set (21 in total)
   A set of 21 costumes, 3 each for the following characters: Ryza, Lent, Tao, Klaudia, Patricia, Serri, and Clifford.
3. Summer Memories Costume Set (16 in total)
   Includes: “Summer Adventure!” costume for Ryza that was featured as an early-purchase bonus for the previous title; “Another Fashion” costume set and “Summer Style” costume set featured in the Digital Deluxe edition. 16 costumes for Ryza, Lent, Tao, and Klaudia, 4 each.
4. Helpful Items Set ※2
   A set of four different items to help you out in the early game. They will be added to the Container in the Atelier.
   Items featured: Wind Shoes (increases movement speed), Traveler’s Coat (increases EXP gain), True Handmade Staff (increases AP gain), Uni Charm (boosts stats, health recovery, and skill power).
5. All You Need! Gem Pack ※3
   100,000 gems that can be used for item rebuilds, etc. Gems become available as you progress through the game.
6. Base Game
   ※The Digital Deluxe and Ultimate Edition are only available digitally.
   ※Costumes from the Another Style Costume Set and the Summer Memories Costume Set can only be utilized for characters that have joined your party.
   ※The Atelier Ryza 2: Season Pass is not included in the Digital Deluxe version.
   ※The Atelier Ryza 2: Season Pass is planned to be sold seperately.
   ※1 The additional areas will become accessible from a Guide Board in a certain area after you obtain “Compass of Recollection” and return to the Atelier.
   ※2 The items will be added to the Container at the atelier.
   ※3 Gems will become available as you progress through the game and unlock the relevant item on the skill tree.

Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & The Secret Fairy launches December 3rd in Japan, January 26th, 2021 in North America, and January 29th, 2021 in Europe for Windows PC (via Steam), Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 (digitally).
