• Atelier Online Japanese Launch Set for October 1

    Koei Tecmo, Gust, and NHN PlayArt have announced the release date for Atelier Online.

    The new online spinoff will launch for iOS and Android devices on October 1st in Japan – news confirmed during a stage event (via Games Jouhou) at this year’s Tokyo Game Show.


    Alongside the release date confirmation is a few returning character cameos: Rorona from Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland, Marie from Atelier Marie: The Alchemist of Salburg, and Totori from Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland.

    Lastly, a new collaboration between Atelier Online and the upcoming mainline game, Nelke & the Legendary Alchemists: Ateliers of the New World, was confirmed. Characters that make their debut in the mainline game will also be involved with Atelier Online.

    Once released, Atelier Online will be free-to-play, with in-game microtransactions.
