Asymmetrical horror game Last Year is back on Steam

Asymmetrical horror game Last Year was pulled as its developer Elastic Games filed for bankruptcy, but now it’s back on sale!

“Hello again, classmates of East Side High! For our returning players, welcome home! We’ve missed you! And for our new players, welcome to the Nightmare!” the announcement reads.

They added, “The action-packed asymmetric horror experience is back on Steam and is now free to play! Special thanks to Kazeath for the promotional artwork.”

The game originally had a Discord-only launch, through Discord’s now defunct game store.

Last Year came back to Steam with mixed reviews, mostly still complaining about balancing, but the developers seem to be actively working on these issues.

Last Year is available for free on Microsoft Windows (through Steam).
