Playism has confirmed that cinematic doujin shooter Astebreed is finally coming west on Playstation 4.
The game will arrive on June 25th, and it will cost $19.99. The new PS4 version will enable players to control the direct of their focused targeting system (with the right analog stick), and the ability to instantly dash. They’ve also touched up enemy pattern placement, and added a new “Arrange Mode,” alongside the original game’s “Original Mode.”
While the game is mostly the same as the PC original, it will run at 1080p and a smooth 60FPS on the PS4. Playism is promising that despite the insane visual fidelity of the game, there will be no screen-tearing, as the shooter uses vsync as well.
