Anticipated twin-stick shooter Assault Android Cactus has been locked-in for a Summer 2015 release window on PC, Mac, Linux, PS4, PS VIta, and Wii U platforms.
The frenzied, high-speed, bullet hell twin-stick shooter comes from Witch Beam Studios in Brisbane, Australia, and has been made available on Steam Early-access for quite some time, garnered a good crown and received solid reception. The game will be made to take advantage of each platforms’ unique attributes, with more details arriving in the coming weeks.
Assault Android Cactus has players star as a young combat android, named Cactus. On an immense starship deep in space, the entire robot crew has turned against the androids, taking over the ship, as most importantly, the ship’s brain. Cactus will band with several other Androids and take back the ship through 25 large stages, filled with shifting environments and completely randomized enemy arrangements. Finally, player will face five massive boss fight and can battle the bad bots in 4 player local co-op.
