All the details are below.

Assassination Classroom: Grand Siege on Koro-Sensei will be released on March 12, 2015 for the 3DS in Japan, but there’s no word yet on when the mobile versions of the game will be published. You can get an idea of how the game will play on iOS and Android mobile devices above, in the promotional video. There are also some new screenshots of the game, below.

The anime for Assassination Classroom will begin airing on January 9. You can view the the teaser trailer for the series above.
One day, the moon explodes. The alien creature that claims responsibility for the event states that it will also destroy Earth in March of the following year. It’s so powerful that not even military forces can neutralize its threat. For some reason, until the day for its apocalypse arrives, it decides to become a teacher at Kunugigaoka Middle School. The fate of the world comes to rest in the hands of its students: they have until graduation to figure out how to murder their teacher and collect the ten billion yen that the Japanese government is offering to whoever saves the world from it.
We don’t know yet how much of the anime’s story will be making it into the video games, but it’s certainly an interesting premise.

Lastly, above is the promotional video for the live-action movie. It should be out on March 21st next year.
Unfortunately, the games are unlikely to be localized for the West, but we should be able to experience the anime and live-action movie, one way or another. In related news, the manga that this has all sprung from is now available in North America.

*Appropriately, there’s even an Assassination Classroom-themed textbook for learning English. This thing is everywhere!
