Asmongold has been banned from Twitch following the spread of a clip where he went on a rant about the ongoing Israel-Palestine conflict.
On stream, Asmongold (Zack Hoyt), accused Palestinians of having “genocide baked into Sharia law”. He goes on to say that they’re “terrible people” and “would be doing the same thing” were Palestinians the ones with more military and institutional power.
He goes on to say that it’s an “inferior culture” which “kills people for their identities” referring to the way LGBT+ individuals are treated in majority Muslim nations, admittedly Palestine is different from most countries in the region and has no explicit law banning same sex activity. However members of the LGBT+ community face extrajudicial violence from Hamas.

His account Zackrawrr has been banned, although his Asmongold account is still up. However streaming on his alt account would be ban evasion, effectively meaning both accounts are banned.
Asmongold later posted an apology.
