• Arms is Playable Without Motion Controls

    Nintendo has confirmed that their boxing/shooter hybrid Arms does not require motion controls.

    During Nintendo’s Treehouse Live stream, the hosts confirmed that the game will support more traditional control schemes. More specifically, they stated:

    If you’re a purist and you like button controls, if you’d rather use a more traditional controller, you can of course do that as well.

    Arms was announced during Thursday’s Nintendo Switch Presentation, and is planned for a Spring 2017 release.
