Publisher Fictions and developer Counterplay Games announced a demo for Armatus, their new third-person roguelite shooter.

The new playable demo for Armatus is coming this month as part of Steam Next Fest – on February 23rd.

We are thrilled to announce that a demo of Armatus lands globally on Monday, February 23rd @ 10am PST, as part of Steam Next Fest.

And there’s more: you can sign up to play it early, with the early access period starting on Friday, February 20th for those who sign up for playtests via Firstlook.

In addition, players who sign up may be granted access to future playtests of the full game. Thanks to those of you who have already signed up and playtested the demo!

Armatus is in development for Windows PC (via Steam and the Microsoft Store), Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PS5 with a release set for 2026.
