Red Art Games and developer Third Spirit Games have announced narrative action-adventure game Arietta of Spirits.

As stated in the press release (via email), Arietta’s visit to her dead Grandmother’s cabin takes a strange turn, as she gains the ability to see the spirits that live on the island. Boasting an “emotion-filled narrative, no-filler gameplay, and fast paced combat,” help the spirits pass on, and deal with monsters and more vicious spirits in combat.

Arietta of Spirits launches Summer 2021 on Windows PC (via the Microsoft Store, and Steam), Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S

The physical versions on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 (for €34.99 EUR) will also be available for pre-order starting June 12th on the RedArts Game Store. A collector’s “Red Edition” will also be available on Nintendo Switch (for €59.99 EUR), and limited to 3,000 copies.
