The upcoming anime adaptation of Apparently Disillusioned Adventurers Will Save the World is expected to premiere in January of next year as part of the Winter 2023 anime season.
The series began as a light novel back in 2019 from writer-artist duo Shinta Fuji and Susumu Kuroi as their breakout success. A manga was adapted shortly after with artist Masaki Kawakami. It’s not unusual for different artists to handle the light novel and manga versions of a series.
Apparently Disillusioned Adventurers Will Save the World follows the story of the adventurer Nick who’s expelled from his party after learning one of his allies has been embezzling money from the group. Shortly afterwards he meets 3 other adventurers with varying levels of misanthropy and resentment and together they form their own party!

Yen Press is releasing the light novel and manga in English.
