Anime Expo 2023 hosts first ATLUS Anniversary Concert in the West, other musical guests

Anime Expo has announced their list of live performances set for the event on July 1 through the 4, headlining is the first ever ATLUS Anniversary Concert hosted in the West.

Other acts include

AX Summer Fest, headlined by acclaimed Japanese rock bands Cö shu Nie and mili, will kick off live at The Novo, located in Downtown Los Angeles near the Convention Center. Additional guests at the first-ever AX Summer Fest will include Japanese musical guests Yameii Online, Mii, Welksie and MIREI. Each featured artists spans various genres, including modern Japanese pop from MIREI, Japanese R&B from Mii, and pop and rap blend from Yameii Online. The electric concert, Neon District, will take place at the Main Events Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center at 8:00pm PT on Monday, July 3, and will be headlined by Japanese DJ and producer Taku Takahashi, co-founder of m-flo and three-time consecutive #1 DJ in LOUD’s DJ50/50 ranking. Some of the best EDM talent from Japan will also be joining, including YUC’e, Nor (Aice room), TORIENA and Koroti + Assertive. The first ever live, anniversary concert for ATLUS in the West, Shin Megami Tensei™ 30th LIVE: Band of Shadows Concert celebrates the 30th anniversary of the legendary Shin Megami Tensei series with a night of music. The concert will be hosted by popular voice actors from the Shin Megami Tensei series, including Christian La Monte (Demi-fiend – Shin Megami Tensei III), Casey Mongillo (Nahobino – Shin Megami Tensei V) and Daman Mills (Aogami – Shin Megami Tensei V). A pre-show VIP reception is scheduled and will feature early access to concert merchandise, a meet-and-greet with the show hosts, a themed autograph card signed by the show hosts, light hors d’oeuvres, and more. The concert will take place at The Novo (at LA Live). Doors open at 6:30pm PT. Tickets to the 18+ event will be available exclusively to Anime Expo attendees…

This year’s Anime Expo is also hosting an all-star list of guests including Yoko Taro.
