Sega has announced that when Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F 2nd launches in the west, it will be followed by all of the game’s Japanese post-launch downloadable content.
These downloadable content packs will include things like costumes for Rin, Len’s Alparkas, and even new songs like “Aikotoba,” “Sekiranum Graffiti,” and more.
There are three different kinds of downloadable content for Project Diva F 2nd:
- UI Skins – $0.99, (these are free during the first 39 days after launch)
- Costume Modules – $1.99 each
- Rhythm Game Songs – $2.99 each
If you want to just get it all and bask in the glory of Miku and crew, there are two kinds of season pass-esque offers:
- “Song Club” ($29.99) – gives you access to the entire lineup of post-launch Rhythm Game Songs.
- “Costume Club” ($69.99) – gives you access to our full roster of post-launch Costume Modules.
Sega is saying that if you opt for the passes, you’ll save more than 25% in comparison to buying all the DLC individually. The publisher is also saying that Diva F 2nd is the largest release of DLC they’ve ever handled, and that it will all begin to arrive on December 9th.
Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F 2nd is coming to both the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita on November 18th in North America and on November 21st in Europe.
