Although it’s been a while since it met its funding goal on Kickstarter, news surrounding indie post-apocalyptic CRPG After Reset has been fairly sparse. That has thankfully changed as the game just recently made its Steam early access debut.
While it gets compared to Wasteland 2, After Reset manages to separate itself from inXile’s sequel (and most indie CRPGs) by refusing to skimp on the visuals, and therefore requiring a slightly beefy GPU. The game’s developers are passionate about making the best-looking version of post-apocalyptic decay that is technologically possible.

While there isn’t much yet in the early access version due to the game still being quite firmly within its alpha stage of development, Black Cloud Studios seem to be serious about adding content, as they’ve already posted DLC in the form of a graphic novel explaining the game’s back story.
You can keep tabs on the game’s development through its Kickstarter page and make donations directly to the developer via their online store.
