    D3 Publisher’s Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of New Despair has a new trailer out, featured above, that shows off more of the multiplayer gameplay, the aliens, and the mecha.

    The video especially highlights the Depth Crawler, an assault vehicle that can traverse pretty much any terrain, as is evidenced by its climbing the walls of caves, skyscrapers, and everything else.

    Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of New Despair is being developed for the Playstation 4. It had been intended for a February 2015 release in Japan, but has now been delayed until April 2. A retail copy will cost 6,980 yen, excluding tax; while a PS Store digital copy will cost 6,980 yen, including tax.
