Nintendo has announced Dr. Mario Gyakuten! Tokkouyaku & Saikin Bokumetsu (roughly translated into Dr. Mario Reversal! Special Medicine & Germ Buster) for the Nintendo 3DS.

The game was revealed during their Nintendo Direct broadcast this morning. Featured above, you can view the game’s debut trailer. Fans can expect the game to play similarly to previous entries in the series, although it’ll come with Dr. Mario, Dr. Luigi, and even touch-based Germ Buster modes.

While the two former modes haven’t changed in mechanics, they come with a new “Special Medicine” item that can help you when you’re really stuck. There’s also a new item handed out each time you fill up the gauge in the right-hand side of the screen. There’s also online and local multiplayer play.

The game is available today in Japan via the Nintendo eShop, for 880 yen.
