A labyrinth filled with nebulous catacombs has been drawing the entire universe hero’s to it for centuries. Every one of them has battled, but inevitably has fallen. Now a new hero has arisen to tackle this beast…You!

The Hero Trap is a dungeon-crawler created by Smashworx. “The Boy” has a mystical power to become the spirits of the warriors who have died battling in the labyrinth.

In The Hero Trap, the player can take control of up to three heroes at once. One hero is active, while the other two are in a ghost-like state.

You will have to strategically switch between characters to face different challenges. You can also play multiplayer with two of your friends to battle the labyrinth.

Each level you will play is randomized, so you can enjoy the game over and over again. Also, in the trailer they show a lot of battling and one truly epic boss battle.

The Hero Trap reached their funding goal on kickstarter and are currently trying to get Greenlit on Steam.
