    An anime adaptation of A Galaxy Next Door has been announced for sometime next year in 2023.

    A Galaxy Next Door is the newest anime based on the works of Gido Amgakure who’s known for their previous work Sweetness & Lightning.

    This new series follows the life of the frazzled mangaka Ichirou Kuga who’s taking care of his family off of an inheritance and his publishing royalties. But things get even harder when his two assistants up and quit!

    Luckily things start to look up when a young woman applies to be his assistant. She’s surprisingly adept at the work, but he gets more than he bargained for when his new assistant wants them to get married.

    The series began in 2020 and is published in English by Kodansha.
