Square Enix did a live stream for Drakengard 3 on Nico Nico, and they were kind enough to show off 7 minutes worth of gameplay. Apologies for the quality as it is a recording of a live stream, but you can check it out below:

Also revealed with the Nico Nico stream is that the main character will have a Kaine costume as DLC, available if you buy the game’s very tempting 10th Anniversary Commemoration Box set, shown below:

The set will include a replica of the original script from the first Drakengard game. Weapon Stories are also making a comeback in Drakengard 3; these are stories that show the origin of weapons in the game.

Hopefully the game gets confirmed for a Western release soon as the gameplay looks pretty awesome, plus the team behind the Drakengard and Nier games are all extremely talented, the games are must plays. Hopefully Drakengard 3 is more of the same awesome from these guys.
