Independent developer ThroughLine Games has announced Forgotton Anne for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

The artful adventure game plays out in 2D, and tasks players with solving puzzles, platforming, and adventure-game components. Featured above, you can view the game’s announcement trailer.

Players take control of Anne, an enforcer of the law within the Forgotton Realm. Within this region, Anne is put to task in suppressing a rebellion that could stop herself and her master, Bonku, from getting back to the human realm.

Forgotton Anne is being published under the Square Enix Collective sometime next year.
