A new rumor is pointing to a Dead Space reboot in development at EA Motive Studio, and that an announcement is coming during the company’s EA Play Live event this week.
The rumor for a Dead Space reboot in development at EA Motive Studio comes from VentureBeat writer Jeff Grubb a new podcast (via VGC), who claimed an “established IP” would get some kind of revival or reboot – which was further corroborated by Eurogamer and later claimed to be Dead Space by Gematsu.
The new reboot of sorts is supposed to be announced during the aforementioned EA Play Live event on June 22.
The original Dead Space was released back in 2008, followed by Dead Space 2 in 2011 and finally the final main game, Dead Space 3 in 2013. All three main games have been available for Windows PC. Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
We’ll keep you guys posted.
