Square Enix and Nintendo have announced and launched the Final Demo for upcoming JRPG Bravely Default II.
The game had a demo earlier this year, which led to the developer to take on feedback and make changes to improve the game. While an overview was given, the game’s page on the Nintendo website reveals some jobs have new skills. For example, the Thief no longer has Brave Robber as it did in the prior demo, and Steal Weapon seems to have been changed to Steal Courage.
The new demo will take place during the game’s first main chapter, though the “four main characters are already on their journey—with Jobs and Abilities at their disposal!” Due to this, it seems unlikely save data will be able to transfer over into the main game.
While there may be no in-game bonuses, those who launch the demo before the game’s launch will earn 100 Platinum Coins for their My Nintendo account. Platinum Coins can typically be redeemed for physical goodies such as posters and stationary, but also themes for the Nintendo 3DS, and discount on some 3DS and Wii U games.
