Today’s Niche Spotlight is Monster Sanctuary, a 2D monster taming RPG with Metroidvania elements by Moi Rai Games and Team17 Digital.
Having recently left Early Access, travel across the world taming and training monster companions to fight wild creatures and rival tamers in turn-based battles.
Exploration in Monster Sanctuary involves some platforming and puzzle solving, and most monsters have special skills that have uses outside of battle to help you reach secret areas. You can also put your monster team to the ultimate test in online PVP battles.
