Re-Logic have announced that the Terraria 1.4.1 update is now available, and what may be the last content update for the game.
Terraria is available on Windows PC, Mac, Linux (all via GOG, and Steam), Nintendo Switch, Nintendo 3DS, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PS Vita, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, Android, iOS, and Windows Phone.
While the final major update- Journey’s End– launched on May 16th, another update has launched today. Dubbed both “Rounding Out the Journey” and “Journey’s Actual end,” the update adds the Vanity Armor Contest Winners, other features “that were not quite ready in time for the Journey’s End launch date,” fixes, and other “tidbits.”
As seen above, these include (from left to right) Floret Protector, Capricorn, The Timeless Traveler, Wandering Ronin, and the Plaguebringer. However, despite being the winners of the contest, the TV Head helmet vanity cosmetic has also been chose as a “bonus winner.”
The update also brings Credits to the game (complete with its own music track which can be recorded with the Music Box item in-game, or played at any time from the menu), a new NPC (the Princess), more achievements, and new items (“with several focused on filling out the early/pre-hardmode Summoner options”).
How vanity items work for the back slot have also been overhauled (so multiple back items can be worn at once), along with quality of life changes, bug fixes, and balance changes. You can find the full changelogs here. In addition, the soundtrack for the game and the cancelled Terraria: Otherworld have been updated on Steam.
You can find the rundown on the game (via Steam) below.
