Aeon Must Die! Launches 2021 for PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One

Focus Home Interactive has announced Aeon Must Die! by developer Limestone Games, during PlayStation’s State of Play livestream.

Developed by Limestone Games, the game was technically announced back in 2018, the game has seemingly been re-announced. Players control the titular Aeon, the emperor of the Void Armada.


After being betrayed and stripped of his body by his generals, he merges with the player to seek his revenge. Travel across the city of Pantheon on a beat ’em up adventure with RPG alignment based on your actions; going berserk and losing yourself, or remaining in control and not being as strong.

Aeon Must Die! launches December 31st, 2021 for Windows PC (via Steam), and 2021 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

UPDATE: We have heard claims that the game’s original development team have been “forced out,” and the studio’s employees replaced. The claim comes via this supposed Dropbox of statements from the former developers, allegedly prior to the game’s announcement.

We will investigate the validity of these claims, and keep you informed.
