Nacon have announced a new action-RPG from developer Spiders, Steelrising, during their Nacon Connect event.

Steelrising is the next game by Spiders, developers of last year’s GreedFall, as well as other cult hits like Bound By Flame and The Technomancer.

Details about Steelrising are scarce, but we do know it is set in an alternate history French Revolution where King Louis XVI is using an army of automata to suppress the rebellion. You play as Aegis, a rising hero in the ranks of the Revolution, that is determined to change the course of history and end King Louis’ reign of terror.

Steelrising is coming soon to Windows PC (via Steam), and unconfirmed next generation consoles.
