Children of the Charlotte family, Cracker and Smoothie, will be joining the roster of One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 in the first DLC character pack.
As stated in the press release (via Games Press), and the official website, Charlotte Cracker is a speed type character that conjures Biscuit Soldiers with the power of the Bis-Bis Devil Fruit. He is the tenth son and fifteenth child of the Charlotte family, which is led by Big Mom (Charlotte Linlin).
Cracker is the 10th son of the Charlotte Family. He serves as one of the Big Mom Pirates’ Three Sweet Commanders, as well as Totto Land’s Minister of Biscuits. With the powers of the Bis-Bis Fruit, he can create limitless amounts of biscuits to be controlled at will. To avoid getting hurt, he generally wears a suit of biscuit armor at all times.

Action type：SpeedCracker is a cunning fighter who summons various biscuit creations with a clap of his hands.
With his powerful Biscuit Soldiers and graceful sword skills, he wreaks havoc on his foes.
Charlotte Smoothie was announced earlier this year as well. Coming out with Cracker in the first DLC character pack, Smoothie is the 14th child of the Charlotte family. She is a powerful and calculating fighter who can wring the moisture from her opponents with the power of the Wring-Wring Devil Fruit.
Smoothie is the 14th daughter of the Charlotte Family. She serves as the sole female member of the Big Mom Pirates’ Three Sweet Commanders, as well as Totto Land’s Minister of Juice. As a dehydrated human who ate a Wring-Wring Fruit, she has the power to wring moisture from anything she touches.
Action
Action type：PowerSmoothie uses the power of the Wring-Wring Fruit to absorb moisture, then expel it at the foes around her. Absorbing moisture can also boost specific attacks.
She can also Form Change into a giant by absorbing a large quantity of liquid. In her giant form, her attacks have a wider scope, laying waste to everything in sight.
Both characters will be made available in DLC Character Pack 1, launching Summer 2020 for One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4. A Character Pass is also available for $29.99 USD, and grants an early unlock of Charlotte Katakuri.
