Today’s Spotlight is Nimbatus – The Space Drone Constructor, a sandbox drone combat game by Stray Fawn Studio and WhisperGames that recently left Early Access.
As the name implies, Nimbatus is all about constructing drones and sending them out on missions. Choose from one of six captains and build elaborate drones out of hundreds of modular parts. You can automate drones by programming them using various sensor and logic parts, or you can take direct control of them yourself.
The game is set in a fully destructible, procedurally generated universe. Game modes include a survival campaign, a more chilled out sandbox mode, and even competitive multiplayer against your friends.
