Square Enix have announced the demo for Final Fantasy VII Remake is now available, on the PlayStation Store.
The demo features gameplay from the first chapter, including the Mako Reactor bombing mission, the boss battle against the Scorpion Sentinel, and the subsequent escape from the facility.
Those who download the demo before May 11th will be able to earn an exclusive PlayStation 4 theme (available April 10th).

An exclusive theme will be available to download from 10/04/2020 if you download the demo before 11/05/2020.
In case you missed it, you can find the most recent trailer here. This includes the main theme Hollow; as well as footage of Red XII, the Shinra executives, Leviathan, the Honey Bee Inn, and Cloud in a dress.
The game’s timed exclusivity was also revealed to have been extended. While originally stated to last until March 3rd, 2021, updated box art showed the exclusivity will now end April 4th, 2021.
Final Fantasy VII Remake is launching for PlayStation 4 on April 10th, 2020. The console exclusivity ends April 4th, 2021.
