Today’s Spotlight is Tank Mechanic Simulator by DeGenerals and PlayWay S.A.


In Tank Mechanic Simulator, you play as the curator of your own WWII tank museum. Travel around Europe excavating tank wrecks from old battlefield,s and renovate them in your garage.

Replace parts, remove rust, give them a new coat of paint, and showcase the results of your labor on the museum show floor. You can watch the launch trailer below.

Tank Mechanic Simulator is a game about World War II tanks, their crews and their contribution in military history.

Repair External Elements
As a tank museum owner your task is to recover destroyed or abandoned tanks and renovate them.

Find and Extract Tanks
Use your offroad vehicle to locate forgotten tanks. With final area found, determine the exact position of the tank by using special equipment like metal detector. Set up excavation area and extract the tank!

Repair Internal Elements
Transport freshly extracted tanks to your warehouse. Then start working on renovation process. Detach rusted elements and replace them with new parts. Buy them or fix them by yourself!

Terrain Deformations
Tank Mechanic Simulator contains physical terrain deformation system, player will have to mind where he wants to travel and excavate.

Tank Renovation Procedure
Perform the entire renovation program starting from:

  • cleaning the tank from mud
  • removing rust
  • sand blasting the tank
  • placing a primer coat
  • painting tank with final paint

Renovate All Day and Night
You can excavate even when the night comes! The game extraction missions have full night and day cycle implemented.
