Microsoft has confirmed Final Fantasy XIV is finally coming to Xbox One.

The news comes via Microsoft gaming chief Phil Spencer at this year’s X019, who noted they’re bringing the MMORPG to their Xbox Game Pass service “at a later date.”

He added, “I wanted you to know, rest assured that we will be bringing that game to Xbox. We have a great relationship with Yoshida-san and we’re working through what it means to bring [to Xbox] a cross-platform MMO that they’ve run for years.”
