• BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle Adds 2.0 Update, New DLC Characters Yumi, Blitztank, Akatsuki, and Neopolitan

    Arc System Works has announced more post-launch DLC characters for BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle, alongside a big update for the game at this year’s Evo.

    The cross-franchise fighting game is adding a big new 2.0 update (featured above), alongside the following DLC characters on November 21st:

    • Yumi from Senran Kagura Estival Versus
    • Blitztank from Akatsuki Blitzkampf
    • Akatski from Akatsuki Blitzkampf
    • Neopolitan from RWBW

    Five other DLC characters are planned, but weren’t confirmed today. The new 2.0 update will add big balance tweaks for every character.


    BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle is now available worldwide for Windows PC (via Steam), Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.
