• Megami Tensei Strategy Spinoff Majin Tensei Finally Gets an English Version

    The Majin Tensei series is a strategy game spinoff that has never officially left Japan – however the first game, Majin Tensei, has just received its first full English translation.

    Originally released back in 1994 for the Super Famicom, the game is now playable in English via Tom / DDSTranslation, over on Romhacking.net.


    With this new translation, all of the Super Famicom-released games in the Megami Tensei franchise are now playable in English.

    Atlus’ Megami Tensei franchise has gotten quite popular in recent years, however most users tend to prefer the Persona sub-series, or the Shin Megami Tensei series.
