    Microsoft announced Heartland, the second DLC for State of Decay 2 during their conference, and then released it.

    Heartland is a new story following two simultaneous paths in Trumbull Valley. You can watch the announcement trailer above.

    State of Decay 2: Heartland is already available on Windows PC and Xbox One, and is part of Xbox Game Pass.
