Tesla is bringing both the Unity and Unreal Engines to their line of luxury cars.

The news comes via Tesla boss Elon Musk, who tweeted the news – they’re in the middle of porting both Unity and Unreal Engine to Tesla cars, so even more games can be ported to the line of premium vehicles.

The new engines would allow for modern game releases to be easily ported to their cars. Musk teased that he would like for Tesla owners to be able to play racing games with the actual steering wheel and pedals for your car. Bless this absolute mad lad.

Tesla has already ported other, albeit classic games to their cars, like Atari titles Asteroids, Lunar Lander, and more. Those games can be playable using the car’s touchscreen, or with a USB controller.
