Original Burnout Paradise Servers are Shutting Down in August 2019

Publisher Electronic Arts and developer Criterion Games have announced they’re shutting down the original servers for Burnout Paradise.

After 11 years, the servers are going down on August 1st of this year.

Burnout Paradise is one of my most beloved games and all-time racing games, and its online servers were originally launched alongside the game way back in 2008.

The newly remastered version of Burnout Paradisehowever, has its own separate servers that will remain operational. If you’re still playing the original Burnout Paradise, you can obviously still play the game offline – but make sure to round up an online achievements before they pull the plug!

Burnout Paradise has been available for Windows PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. The new remaster is available for Windows PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
