The latest Famitsu (also via Ryokutya2089) has Sega revealing Blade Arcus Rebellion from Shining.

The new 2D fighting game is set for a March 14th, 2019 release on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan.

As with the previous game, you can expect various characters from Sega’s Shining series, including the newcomers Yuma, Kirika, and Sonia from Shining Resonance Refrain. Over 20 characters are planned for the game, as well as new character skills like a “growth” element which lets you unlock skills via battling.
