We’ve learned Square Enix is hiring for a big new game on Sony’s next home console.
The news comes via a LinkedIn resume for Tomohiro Tokoro, a 3D character modeler at Square Enix studio Luminous Productions. His resume mentions a “new AAA title for PS5” which Luminous has in development.
Recently, Square Enix had confirmed Luminous Productions had changed directions from post-launch DLC for Final Fantasy XV (most of which got cancelled) to working on a “completely new AA title,” for the global market.
Lastly, it’s worth mentioning the developer’s profile mentions Luminous is also working on a “new mobile title for China.”
