GOG Celebrates 10 Years Of DRM-Free Goodness

In case you haven’t been paying attention, the DRM-free digital game store GOG is celebrating its 10th anniversary.

As part of the festivities, GOG is giving away free copies of Shadow Warrior 2 for the next 48 hours. There’s also sales on select games, including three awesome bundles:

A few new games have been added to the GOG library as well, including the Soldier of Fortune franchise, Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine, and Stellaris.

The anniversary coincides with a redesigned storefront to help maximize exposure for a wide range of games. There will be genre-based lists collecting similar games together in one place so gamers can find new games they might enjoy based on their personal tastes, and user reviews will be getting an overhaul soon. New tooltips will also be added to help gamers learn relevant information about games on the front page at a glance.

Finally, GOG has put together a presentation discussing their history and philosophy.

All of the 10th Anniversary deals will continue until October 7th.
